Housed in a former antiques shop, the Chef's Table offers a unique experience to anyone who appreciates simple, good food. A large open plan bistro over two floors with a small delicatessen and fish counter. The Chef's Table specialises in seasonal, fresh and wherever possible locally produced foods, plus speciality products from the markets of London and Paris.
The Chef's Table is owned and run by Sarah and Michael Bedford formerly of the Trouble House in Tetbury. Whilst at the Trouble House, Michael was awarded a much coveted Michelin star in recognition of the quality of his food. Prior to moving to The Trouble House Inn, Michael was Head Chef for Gary Rhodes at City Rhodes and was a protégé of Pierre Koffman at La Tante Claire and Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons.
